Our 30-Day Return Promise
Not fully in love with your order? No problem. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it, whether the fit wasn't perfect or you simply changed your mind, we've got you covered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
- Footwear must show no signs of wear
- Intimate apparel such as underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Returns must include proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works perfectly)
To start a return, simply email us at info@damawashington.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through every step.
Fast, Reliable Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and we'll send you a confirmation the moment it's done.
Please note:
- No restocking fees, no surprise charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns or exchanges
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
We're sorry if that happened, it's not the Dama Washington standard. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us immediately at info@damawashington.com. We'll make it right, no questions asked.
Items We Can't Accept Back
For hygiene and quality reasons, we're unable to accept returns on worn or washed clothing, footwear showing signs of wear, items missing tags or original packaging, intimate apparel, custom or personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.
